About halfway up this pathway, you will see shots coming from a hole in the ceiling above, guarded by a roving indestructible robot. As you go through the beginning of this last area, you will go up a pathway heading rightward (with an upwards slant in it). At the end of Izzy Glow's stage, you will meet up with a great number of wall-mounted guns that can either be ignored, or damaged with the C-Shot. This is a pretty obvious upgrade capsule to find, although in order to find it you'll need the C-Shot (so make sure you've defeated Grizzly Slash before attempting this, or you'll be going for nothing). This area will take a lot (and we mean a lot) of practice to master, so don't get discouraged if you don't get it right away! Chances are, you'll be working at this one for a while. Collecting these eight blue crystals is vital, because without even one of them, the door at the end of the ride won't be able to be destroyed, revealing a hidden room where the capsule holding this upgrade is located. It's hard enough getting through this part alive, nonetheless having to collect the eight blue crystals that appear throughout the ride. In the very beginning of Squid Adler's stage, you'll automatically be riding on a motorized vehicle heading rightward. This is definitely one of the most frustrating items to acquire in the game.
